we are happy to facetime,google duo, send videos, etc to make you feel comfortable before any money is placed down.For the comfort and safety of everyone, including the puppies, I do not offer in home visits. I will send pictures/videos and discuss their personality in detail with you to make sure the puppy you're interested in is a good match.When it comes time to pick up if communication stops and puppy isn’t picked up when he/she is ready or paid in full by the ready to go date the puppy will be relisted the following day and the deposit will not be refunded the only way it’s refunded is if something happens to him/her in my care not if you just want to back out.
